Intensives in Tucson 2012

One-day intensives offer a full immersion in the experience of satsang, an "intensive" opportunity to inquire together into the nature of reality and to awaken from the dream of separation to the truth of our undivided essential nature. Each intensive consists of a rich blend of silent meditation, guided meditations, teaching, and dialogue. (For a more complete description, visit the satsang page.)

Living on the Razor's Edge

(Each intensive is self-sufficient; feel free to attend one or both, as you like.)

If we attach to the experience of awakened awareness and turn it into an identity, we can get stuck in a kind of stubborn detachment that refuses to acknowledge our humanness or participate fully in the human condition. But if we attach to the body and personality, we're caught once again in the dream of separation. Living the nondual truth of our being involves walking the razor's edge between absolute and relative, universal and individual, transcendent and embodied, being grounded as awareness while expressing ourselves fully and intimately in this human form.

In this one-day mini retreat, we'll walk the razor's edge together and explore what it's like to be spirit taking human form. Like satsang, the day will include guided and silent meditations, talks, and dialogue. The intensive is open to anyone with a genuine interest in truth.

Directions to Caritas: From the North: Take Stone south past Congress and make a left onto 16th Street. Go about .3 miles. Caritas is just past the corner of 16th Street and 4th Avenue. From the South: Take Stone north past 22nd Street and make a right onto 16th. Go about .3 miles. Caritas is just past the corner of 16th Street and 4th Avenue.
